No Return & Replacement Policy

At SAABO, every product is handcrafted with love and care. Due to the nature of our products (personal care & hygiene items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

🔹 Conditions for Replacement:

1. You must share clear photos/videos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Once verified, we will dispatch a repeat product of the same item.

3. Replacements are applicable only for damaged products, not for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, color, or personal preference.
